Chemicals in green tea a potent talisman brain disease

Currently, brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia experienced by a growing number of people around the world. However, this disease can be resisted with green tea or red wine. Recent studies show that red wine and green tea has a chemical that suppresses the growth of Alzheimer’s disease in the elderly.

In the early stages of the experiment in the laboratory, researchers from the University of Leeds identify the processes causing harmful proteins that damage brain cells and cause these cells to die.

Then the researchers tried to stop the process using extracts EGCG from green tea and red wine. As a result, the material is proven to prevent the development of brain cell damage.

“This is an important step to improve our understanding of the causes and processes of brain cell damage that causes Alzheimer’s and dementia,” said Nigel Hooper, chief researcher from the Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Leeds, as reported by the Health Me Up

Most people misunderstand that Alzheimer’s is a natural part of aging. Alzheimer’s is a brain disease that can be prevented and possibly treated with more advanced medical science in the world.
